Outside the office, Dr. Polisuk is an accomplished musician, playing bass guitar in his own band called Tenth Street Tuesday. One of our talented hygienists, Janice, is also a member of the band—bringing her skills as a pianist and vocalist to the group. Often sparking wonderful conversations with patients who share similar interests.

Composite fillings are tooth-colored, allowing them to blend naturally with your smile for a seamless, aesthetic result. Amalgam fillings, often preferred as silver fillings, are durable and long-lasting, making them an excellent option for restoring back teeth that endure greater chewing pressure. Our team ensures every fillings is paced with precision and care to protect your oral health. Which insurance’s does the office accept?
The office accepts a variety of traditional insurances including Delta Dental, MetLife, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our office does not belong to any networks, but you are more than welcome to call and double check because many insurance plans allow you to go in and out of network! 😀
Does the office accept Medicaid?
We accept Healthy Kids Dental and MiChild Dental, but do not accept straight Medicaid.
How long is the wait if I have a toothache?
Generally we are able to schedule same day appointments for our patients that are experiencing a toothache! 😁
